National Income Life Insurance Company is a 100% union company which is licensed to serve union members in New York State. The company has offices in New York City, Albany, Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Long Island, and Corning.
All members and retirees of union groups are given Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits through National Income Life. These benefits are in force 24/7, no matter if the union member is on or off the job. Spouses and children of members also receive an additional Accidental Death benefit. National Income Life covers the costs of these benefits.
In exchange for providing the free benefits, all that National Income Life is asking for in return is the chance to introduce their supplemental benefit program to members. This will be accomplished through directly mailing the union members. Only those who reply through response cards will be given information on supplemental benefits. The benefits will be personalized for each member.
National Income Life maintains a website where members are able to change certain policy information such as name, address, and miscellaneous details. If members choose to enroll in other benefit programs, premiums can be directly deducted from their bank account. Or a member can opt to have a premium notice sent to them via E-mail so they can pay the bill online. Claim forms are also available on National Income Life’s website.
